至秦藝術工作室由剪畫藝術創作者 蔡霓臻 創立，融合她多年於數位內容科技與國際行銷領域的經驗，轉化為一種全新的藝術實踐。霓臻長年自學彩紙拼貼，深入研究馬蒂斯後期的自由剪法，發展出獨具個人風格的創作語言。

我們相信，藝術不只是技巧的堆疊，而是生活經驗的誠實回應。每一刀剪紙、每一層色彩，都是情感與記憶的交織，是一種無需妥協的創意展現。

每年舉辦主題式個展，將創作與人生對話延伸到實體空間；設計線上與實體剪畫課程，從基礎到進階，陪伴每一位學習者建立屬於自己的剪貼節奏，延伸創作出「貓家人」角色故事，讓藝術走進更多人的日常與想像。

從小喜愛藝術的我，在完成國際行銷碩士學位後，投入數位內容產業，長達二十多年擔任遊戲代理相關職務。這段職涯培養我對視覺節奏與色彩搭配的高度敏銳，也讓我熟稔數位色彩學與遊戲企劃架構。因工作關係，我經常前往海外出差與藝術旅遊，特別鍾愛巴黎與西雅圖，這兩座城市成為我藝術靈感的來源。

離開科技職場後，我開始自學剪畫藝術，深受法國藝術家亨利・馬蒂斯的彩紙拼貼啟發。他晚年以剪刀代替畫筆，用最簡化的形狀與色彩描繪生命最後的詩意。初見馬蒂斯的作品，我以為那只是簡單的剪剪貼貼，直到深入閱讀他的創作歷程，才明白那是一種將複雜放下、回歸本質的藝術。

我深深被這種「簡單卻不簡單」的創作方式所吸引，它不是退讓，而是從生命中提煉而出的純粹。

我的創作沒有打草稿，完全憑藉手感與直覺，用剪刀直接下刀。每一次剪裁都是獨一無二的過程，每一塊彩紙都承載當下的情緒與節奏。形狀在說故事，色彩自在奔放。我喜歡這種沒有預設、無拘無束的創作方式，就像讓心裡的想像直接落在紙上，自由而真實。

如今，我結合藝術創作與過去在科技產業的經驗，透過獨特的色彩語言與層次表現，嘗試讓藝術不只是畫面上的美感，更是與人生對話的一種方式，溫柔、純粹、且充滿可能。

I have loved art since childhood. After completing my EMBA in International Marketing, I spent over two decades working in the digital content industry, specializing in game publishing. This career shaped my keen sense for visual rhythm and color, and gave me a deep understanding of digital color theory and visual storytelling in interactive media. Frequent business trips and art-focused travels, especially to Paris and Seattle.further nourished my aesthetic sensibility and creative exploration.

After leaving the tech industry, I began self-learning the art of paper cutting. I was deeply inspired by Henri Matisse's late-life cut-outs-bold, vibrant, and emotionally raw. At first glance, they seemed like simple cut-and-paste works, but as I delved deeper into his story, I discovered the profound simplicity in his final creations. He once called this approach "painting with scissors",a return to the purest forms of shape, color, and emotion.

This became the starting point of my own artistic journey.

I create without sketches, relying solely on hand feel and imagination. Each cut is spontaneous, each shape and color carrying a rhythm of its own. The freedom of not pre-planning allows my inner visions to flow directly onto paper,unbounded, intuitive, and expressive. Every piece I make is layered with the emotions I felt in that moment.

With my background in technology and a unique artistic eye shaped by years of studying color and composition, I now dedicate myself to bridging art and life. Through bold color combinations and layered visual narratives, I seek to create works that are not only visually engaging but also emotionally resonant,gentle, honest, and full of possibilities.
